Food Recovery at FareStart featuring tBUG

Since the pandemic struck, FareStart has provided millions of meals to help reduce hunger and food insecurity in our communities. Our food recovery work helps support this effort. In 2020, FareStart helped divert 232,500 pounds of food from landfills by picking excess produce from local farms and repurposing food donations from local suppliers, farms, and bakeries.

Black Farmers Collective

The Black Farmers Collective  is a group of Black led food system activists  creating opportunities to improve the health of  communities through all aspects of food.
